Explore the transformational art of pickling! This age-old preservation technique is easy and delicious, and can be applied to a variety of fruits and veggies. We'll learn about the building blocks of pickling, cover its many benefits, as well as experiment with a variety of methods and ingredients. This workshop will focus on traditionally fermented brine pickles. In other words, no vinegar!

Each participant will leave with a jar of homemade veggie pickles.
