Take your sandwich from zero to hero with a steady supply of homemade condiments! Learn to make fermented versions of ketchup, mustard, garlic paste, and hot sauce. These easy homemade products make excellent holiday gifts, but they're so tasty you may not want to give them away!

Each participant will leave with their own jar of each of the condiments covered.
