Cynthia V. Hall, J.D., is an attorney who advises clients in intellectual property matters (including patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, domain names and licensing) as well as estate planning and administration, contracts, small business formation and governance issues, and real property. She has prosecuted patent applications on behalf of Fortune 500 companies and independent inventors, obtained trademark protections for Division 1 universities, registered copyrights for songwriters and other artists, advised libraries and archives on avoiding copyright infringement, obtained domain names on behalf of small companies, and drafted and reviewed many contracts for various intellectual property matters. Ms. Hall currently practices law in her hometown of Sebastian, FL though she often visits clients at their businesses and meets with clients via phone and video. She is registered to practice before the Florida Bar, the State Bar of Georgia, and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Prior to her legal career, Ms. Hall was a chemical engineer, and in addition to her intellectual property and contracts background, she has worked in environmental and research compliance.
