Never again will you have to settle for the pre-shredded stuff. Learn to make the king and queen of Italian cheeses: mozzarella and ricotta. You'll be satisfied with the simple process and thrilled with the superior results to the store-bought stuff! This class will be fun and hands-on, and by the end of the evening you'll feel like a ricotta and mozzarella pro!

Cancellation Policy: We are unable to issue refunds once you have reserved your spot. However, if you are unable to attend, let us know at least a week in advance and you can switch into another one of our workshops, space provided. Within a week of the workshop, we are unable to offer exchanges.
