For the month of December the Palm Room Gallery at Harbour Bay Plaza will feature six diverse Martin Artisan Guild members. Photographer Barry Steven Greff, sculptor Eduardo Gomez Rojas, fiber artist Jacquelyn Roesch-Sanchez, and painters Lynn Morgan, Robert Moore and Sue Klahne are the exhibiting artists.

The opening reception for this exhibition is Wednesday, December 2 from 5:30 to 7:30 pm and will include refreshments, music and a chance to meet the artists. Mask wearing, social distancing and other safety precautions will be encouraged. The gallery is open Wednesday through Saturday from noon to 6 pm.

Photographer Barry Steven Greff specializes in ethereal sea, land and cityscape images as well as portraits of animals and jellyfish. He says he is a perfectionist when it comes to creating his prints.

Jensen Beach sculptor Eduardo Gomez Rojas states, “Individual uniqueness inspires me.” Telling stories with his sculptures, he is guided by a sense of empathy with others as he strives to reach into the souls of his subjects.

Jacquelyn Roesch-Sanchez creates fiber art that is about color and combinations of color that change continuously to form spectrums. Her inspiration comes from nature. Jacquelyn’s unique pieces include wearable and decorative art.
Working in either pastels or oils, Lynn Morgan finds color to be her passion. Using photographs for inspiration, her work is more abstract and expressive than realistic.

Creative impressionistic pop-art artist Robert Moore presents a wide variety of images inspired by memories and the world around him. His unique and colorful acrylic paintings present views of the familiar with a realistic, portrait-like feel.
Sue Klahne enjoys the freedom of creating fluid abstract art with acrylics and other art mediums. Her paintings are largely inspired by the various blue hues of the ocean and the flow and power of the waves.
The Palm Room is located at 3778 SE Ocean Blvd in Stuart. The December exhibit is supported in part by Women Supporting the Arts and the Arts Council of Martin County.
