Amanda Jones

Amanda holds a Master of Arts Education degree and is an amazing Art Educator instructing on Basic Design & Drawing, 2D Studio Art, Painting, Photography (Darkroom & Digital) and Art History. Her work on the Heritage Mural with her students brings a beautiful artwork to the center of Stuart. Amanda’s leadership in organizing the Martin County Art Educators Association pushes art teaching to new levels. Amanda currently teaches with the Martin County School District and is the Coordinator for the MCHS Annual Art Show, NAHS, Art Club, New Teacher Mentor and presenter on Short Cycle Formative Assessment. Her County leadership includes MC School District Art Professional Development, Florida Art Education Assoc. Convention, Facilitator for Drawing & Painting Panel Discussion and Workshop Leader for Watercolor Landscape. Amanda is Co-Founder, teacher and curriculum developer for Martin County Art Camps and a Sponsor of the National Art Honor Society.
