Roni's primary medium is the egg tempera: ground pigment with egg emulsion that dries hard and quickly and is very permanent. Egg tempera allows the artist to paint light over dark and vice-versa as a water-soluble media. Roni travels extensively to learn her craft, taking classes and workshops all over the US and Italy and holds a Graduate Degree in Art Education. Roni is an avid collector of Post Modern and Contemporary Art. She has opened her home for art tours and loves sharing her passion for the arts. Roni has been a member of the Arts Council's Gallery Committee and a past board member of the Arts Council. Her volunteer experience includes the Hartford Art School, The Arts Council of Martin County, Women’s Club of Stuart (Art is Everywhere open house), Women Supporting the Arts, mARTies Awards, Artsfest, and Docent for the Court House Cultural Center Gallery.
