MartinArts invites restaurants, caterers, bakeries, specialty food producers, and culinary businesses to apply to participate in The Art of Food & Wine Experience at ArtsFest, February 20–21, 2027, in Memorial Park, downtown Stuart.
In partnership with the Treasure Coast Wine Fest, founded by local sommeliers Jen & Luis Reyneri, MartinArts is creating an elevated culinary and wine experience celebrating exceptional food, fine wines, and the creative spirit of our community.
The Art of Food & Wine Experience provides Restaurant & Food Purveyors with the opportunity to showcase signature menu items, introduce guests to unique culinary offerings, and connect with thousands of ArtsFest attendees during one of the Treasure Coast's premier cultural events. Applications are reviewed by a selection committee to create a diverse and high-quality culinary experience.
Please complete the application in its entirety by December 1, 2026. Applications are reviewed as they are received. Early application is encouraged, as space is limited. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Your participation includes opportunities to promote your brand before and during ArtsFest:
- Featured placement opportunities through MartinArts marketing channels
- Logo recognition on select promotional materials
- Social media recognition
- Inclusion in event-related communications
- Opportunity to participate in select promotional features
- Complimentary tickets to select ArtsFest events (as applicable)
- Purveyors that apply and confirm participation by November 1 may be included in the Winter/Spring MartinArts Magazine editorial.

Important Dates:

Acceptance Notification: Purveyors will be notified of their application status no later than December 10, 2026.

Booth Fees
- Restaurant & Food Purveyor – 10'x10' Booth
Includes: 10'x10' tented booth space, black skirted 6’ table, 2 chairs, and opportunity to display signage within booth space.
Fee: $350 before December 1 | $450 after December 1 - Premier Restaurant & Food Purveyor – 10'x10' Booth
Includes all standard purveyor amenities listed above. with premium booth placement, enhanced visibility, and additional promotional recognition.
Fee: $600 before December 1 | $750 after December 1
Refunds
ArtsFest strives to make refunds available that are fair and agreeable to both parties. Your submission of this application creates an obligation and expectation for you to exhibit and participate in the festival according to the above guidelines. Cancellations must be made in writing by email for a refund. In the event ArtsFest is canceled due to circumstances beyond MartinArts' control, including government action, natural disaster, or other force majeure events, refund decisions will be made at the discretion of MartinArts based on recoverable event expenses.
The following refund schedule will apply:
- Prior to January 1: Booth fees will be refundable minus $250 processing fees.
- After January 1: No refunds given.

Rules & Guidelines
- Eligibility - Applications are accepted from restaurants, chefs, caterers, food trucks, bakeries, specialty food producers, dessert vendors, gourmet packaged food businesses, artisan food makers, and similar culinary businesses.
- On-site Representatives: All on-site representatives must be 21 years of age or older and follow responsible service guidelines. (Volunteers can be provided if assistance is needed.)
- Children + pets: The Art of Food & Wine is limited to those 21 years of age or older. No children or infants (even in strollers or carriers) are allowed to attend. Service animals are permitted throughout the festival. They must be properly trained and under proper care of their owners; remain by the handler’s side at all times and be harnessed, leashed, or tethered; be housebroken and relieve themselves outdoors; and be up to date on all legally required vaccinations. Anyone bringing a service animal will be responsible for and liable for any damage or injury the animal causes. Pets, emotional support, therapy, or companion animals are not permitted to be with vendors.
Sampling & Promotional Materials
- All sampling must comply with applicable Florida health regulations. Purveyors are responsible for maintaining required licenses and ensuring all representatives understand responsible sampling practices.
- All tastings, samples, and promotional materials must remain within the approved booth footprint.
- Purveyor representatives may not distribute samples, coupons, promotional materials, or other items while walking throughout the festival grounds.
- Only products and materials approved through the application process may be distributed. Any unauthorized activity may result in removal from the event without refund.
Booth Spaces
- Limited to a 10' x 10' area. Booths are not be accessible to drive in and load-in/load-out from event site. Additional details will be available with set up instructions in January.
- Your booth must be open, and a representative must be present during ALL normal operating hours (Saturday and Sunday 12PM–4PM). Any closed or unmanned booth will be shut down for the remainder of the event and no refund will be considered.
- Booth presentation: Purveyors are responsible for creating an attractive, professional, and brand-appropriate presentation within their assigned booth space. Signage must remain within the designated booth footprint. Corporate sponsors of your organization may not post signs, banners or handouts from the booth unless they are also a corporate sponsor of MartinArts.
- Loss / theft: Participants are solely responsible for the security of all goods, property, equipment, materials, product or any other items (“Participant’s Property”) that it or its agents, or other representatives bring to ArtsFest. ArtsFest shall have no obligation or liability whatsoever for any loss, misplacement or theft of Participant’s Property unless such loss, misplacement, or theft directly arises from ArtsFest’s willful misconduct. Please secure your belongings at night.
Permits, Licensing, & Insurance
All Art of Food & Wine Purveyors must provide the following:
- Licenses & Permits: Restaurant & Food Purveyors must maintain all required federal, state, and local licenses and permits necessary to participate, including applicable alcohol beverage licenses and sampling approvals. Documentation must be submitted prior to the event and available onsite upon request.
- Insurance: Purveyors must provide a Special Events Liability Insurance Policy naming MartinArts and the City of Stuart as additional insureds prior to event setup. General liability and products liability coverage of at least $1,000,000 is required.

- I agree that I have read and accepted the conditions of the acknowledgment/release form. I further certify by my acceptance that all statements made are true and correct and acceptance of my application creates an obligation and expectation that I will participate according to the approved guidelines and requirements.
- A no-call, no-show participant or leaving early without an acceptable reason and approval from Show Director, may make participants ineligible for participation in future festivals.
- I understand that there are no refunds or rain checks due to inclement weather or other acts of God or any other reason except as noted in the Refund Policy.
- In consideration of ArtsFest acceptance of my application, I agree to allow them use of attached images, promotional materials and photographs taken during the festival for purpose of promoting the festival this year and in future years.
- MartinArts and its agents have the right to make final interpretations of all the Rules/Regulations stated above and any other rules as they may be established.
- I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, hereby release and forever discharge MartinArts, ArtsFest, Martin County BOCC, City of Stuart and all sponsors, associations, directors, employees, board members and volunteers each from any responsibility, personal liability, personal injury, claims, damage or loss in conjunction with any and all involvement/participation with this festival.
