The Arts Service Award will honor Phyl Weaver, whose decades of volunteer leadership at the Lyric Theatre helped shape one of downtown Stuart’s most treasured cultural landmarks. Her simple reflection on the role the arts have played in her life says it all: “Life would be so boring without the Arts.”
