Michael Spaz McGoorty

Michael Spaz McGoorty has spent fifty years as a lead singer in rock bands including Detroit’s Cadillac Kids and Cadillac Bratz, SWS, and currently The Pure Zeppelin Experience. He has also been very active in musical theatre performing in Jekyll & Hyde, Jesus Christ Superstar, and Tommy, with a lifelong dedication to storytelling, and a deep, enduring passion for singing and performing in general. He says that his creativity is fueled by the raw energy of classic rock and the storytelling of musical theater and adds “I draw inspiration from deep emotional connections, live performances, and the shared electricity of connecting with an audience through music.”
