SUE KLAHNE says creating is an integral part of who she is, painting for her own personal wellness as well as to create a sense of serenity, healing, and hope for her viewers. She is inspired by nature and the world around her. Her paintings often reflect a moment in time influenced by emotion. Her painting style has a contemporary coastal aesthetic being drawn to the soothing colors of the sea, though she believes she is perhaps most well known for her aerial perspective of the ocean and its inhabitants.
