Andrea Weisberg
I was born in Philadelphia where I attended Moore College of Art while I was an academic/art student at Girls High School. At Penn State University, I was a biology major. I became an electron microscopist and studied samples from muscle to viruses. My micrographs have been published in many scientific journals and books with many covers.
I am an emerging artist who likes to work with several medias.
My art encompasses a wide range of disciplines including oil and acrylic painting, drawing, photography, and digital art.
My abstract studies explore the relationship of light and dark, texture and color. I especially enjoy the emotions my art evokes.
I have been juried into the Martin Artisans Guild show Small2 at the Palm Art Gallery and in shows in my community.
