Caroline Nolan is a mixed media artist, who believes that the strength in art lies in the preservation of art forms that are fundamental to human existence and incorporating them into contemporary works that are thought-provoking and challenge the conventional.
Drawing from her different institutional education backgrounds, she is able to see the threads that connect the artists of the past to the current creative generation in a meaningful way. An avid traveler, she has circumnavigated the globe and journeyed across the United States several times. Every trip has provided her with the opportunity to explore the creation and variation of traditional art forms in different geographical regions. These themes can be seen within the variety of artwork that she produces.
Currently, she is based in Stuart, Florida. However, as a contemporary artist, she’s developed a widespread audience through a thriving online community and international collectors.
