Suzanne Mogavero
Suzanne Mogavero is a writer, poet, speaker, and child advocate. A recipient of the 2025 MartinArts Literary Arts Award, she explores themes of healing, resilience, and finding one's voice through poetry and storytelling.
She is the author of HeartLines, a collaborative poetry and art collection created with local artist Lisa Jill Allison. The book celebrates the healing journey through words and visual art, with 100% of the proceeds benefiting Guardians for New Futures, a nonprofit supporting abused and underserved children on the Treasure Coast.
Beyond her writing, Suzanne speaks throughout the community on the lasting impact of trauma, the power of breaking silence, and the role of creativity in healing. Her work is rooted in the belief that art has the ability to foster connection, compassion, and hope.
