Important Payment and Reservation Information
- A deposit of $950 is required to secure your spot by November 20, 2026.
- The excursion is limited to 14 guests accompanied by 2 guides. A waiting list will be kept.
Payment Schedule
- Full payment is due by January 15, 2027
- A $150 discount will be provided if you pay in full by November 20, 2026.
Excursion Details:
- It is strongly recommended that you purchase travel insurance at the same time you make your deposit.
- Airfare and airport transfers are not included in the package. Arrival before 4PM, Wed. April 7 guarantees your participation in the welcome dinner and first evening experience.
- 4 meals are included in the package along with tickets, tours, transportation within NYC from venue to venue (excluding airport transfer) and admissions.
- Departure on Sunday, April 11. Check Out by 11AM.
- The deposit is non-refundable. Before Jan 15, all but $1,100 (the deposit plus $150 processing) is refundable.
- No refunds will be issued after January 15.
