Approved Vendors & Event Guidelines
We can provide a list of approved local caterers, audio-visual technicians, and rental companies, or you may choose your own with valid license and insurance. All vendors must be approved prior to your event, and a pre-event tour of the Cultural Center is required.
*Please note: the kitchen has limited counter space and no oven. Equipment setup and food storage may begin no earlier than two hours before your scheduled event.
Parking
- There is ample parking available along East Ocean Blvd., Flagler Ave. and surrounding streets.
- No special permits are needed to host your event at the Court House Cultural Center.
Gallery & Meeting Room Rental Rates
All rates apply to events up to 4 hours. Rental rates and deposits are subject to change—please call to confirm current pricing and availability. A MartinArts staff member may be required to be on-site during your event.
- Gallery: Member / Non-Profit: $200 and Non-Member: $250
- Meeting Room: Business hours and non-business hour rates available
- Recurring Events: Special rates available upon request
- Security Deposit: $200 (refundable after event inspection)
- Reservation Deposit: 40% of rental fee (due at time of booking)
