Hands-on learning has given me the experience to be creative, giving me a ‘can do’ attitude, and tempting me to try new adventures. I reflect that creative aspect by capturing my own photos, to see and feel the composition as it speaks to me, letting the ‘Artistic Dreamer’ inside tell me what technique, style, media, and colors to use. My painted and sculptured mixed media creations utilize acrylic paints, oil paints, acrylic mediums, papers, Apoxie Sculpt, and found collected items to give texture to my contemporary impressionism realist art.
