Brandon Gunter

Brandon is already a seasoned, orchestral cellist who has been invited to participate in the side-by-side concert of the New World Symphony conducted by world-renowned conductor Michael Tilson Thomas. He performs along with his two talented sisters as the Gunter Family Trio in the local area. His honors and awards include the Treasure Coast Youth Symphony Director’s Award, 1st place Young Artist Concerto competition, 1st place TCYS Concerto Competition. He has played with the Treasure Coast Youth Symphony, The Academy Orchestra and Palm Beach Atlantic University Symphony Orchestra.  Brandon’s music festival and workshop experiences include Green Mountain Chamber Music Festival, Cincinnati Young Artists Cello Academy, Jacksonville Cello Workshop, Illinois-Wesleyan Chamber Music Festival and Philadelphia International Music Festival.  Brandon wants to continue his schooling to earn a doctorate to become a professor at a University or Conservatory.  His dream is to write and produce his own music.
