ArtsFest

Health & Safety

We look forward to welcoming you back to ArtsFest on February 20 & 21!
During these unprecedented times, we are sure that you have questions about the policies that we have put in place for our show. The presence of the COVID–19 virus requires a focused effort on the safety of our guests, volunteers, vendors, and staff while delivering the entertainment and excitement associated with ArtsFest.
We have consulted the Florida Department of Health and other industry leaders on comprehensive safety measures to consider your safety when you attend our event. The following standards were developed based on CDC Health guidelines and suggestions from other entities like the World Health Organization.
The safety of guests, volunteers, vendors, and staff is of the upmost priority to us.  There are some new protocols you need to know before you arrive and when you are visiting this year:
  • ArtsFest will follow all current CDC and Martin County ordinances regarding facial coverings and protective health gear.  Event staff, volunteers, vendors, and attendees must wear facemasks unless actively eating, drinking, or meet an exception (under 3 years of age or have a health exemption).
  • No-touch temporal thermometers may be used to randomly check attendees, vendors, staff, and volunteers each day.
  • The number of people on site will be limited based on recommendations by the Florida Department of Health.  Volunteers will count attendees entering/exiting gates to maintain appropriate number of people in the event at a time.
  • All vendors are encouraged to use cashless transactions.
  • Guests will be able to properly socially distance throughout the site. Vendor booths will be at least 6’ apart.   There will be one-way traffic flow throughout event site, where applicable.  Additional markings will be used throughout event site as needed.
  • Hand washing stations and hand sanitizer will be available for your use and antimicrobial mists will clean the common areas regularly throughout the day.
With your help, the show can still go on! Here’s what ArtsFest needs from you…
